Account Deletion Request

We value your privacy. Per the Google Play Data Safety policy, users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data without needing to reinstall the app.

Important: this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted you will permanently lose all your tracked collections, wishlists and saved statistics across all devices.

How to request deletion

Since we prioritise security, deletion requests are processed manually to verify identity and prevent unauthorised deletions. Follow these steps:

  1. Click the button below to draft an email request.
  2. Send it from the same email address associated with your Hot Wheels Tracker Collection account.
  3. Include your username in the email body for faster processing.
  4. We will review the request and may reply to ask for a final confirmation before the permanent deletion.

Data retention policy

Upon receiving and verifying your request:

Account data

Your username, email and password hash are permanently removed from our active database.

User content

All lists linked to your account — My Collection and Wishlist — are deleted.

Timeline

The process is typically completed within 7 days of your verified request.

Backups

Data may persist in encrypted backup archives for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
